The fee for a telephone consultation (beginning January 2005) is $80.00 per hour. For a new client scheduling a phone consultation, I accept payment 3 days prior to the session through www.PayPal.com, money order, check or credit card. Please click on Paypal above to log in. Once you are at the Paypal website, log in and click on the icon that says 'Send Money.' Use my email address caroledevereux@animalinsights.com to complete the transaction. Once I receive notice of your payment, I will contact you by email to set up your appointment.
Refunds for time overpaid will be made to you immediately after the session through Paypal. Please send money orders and checks to: Carole Devereux, 40402 NE 74th Avenue, La Center, WA 98629. Rescheduling or Canceling Appointments
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Emergency, after hours or weekend appointments and in-person visits can be scheduled by special request.
