Olivia: Don't take your eyes off of what you love. [I got a message from my guidance: "The dog was a sacrifice for the child, Emma Lynn (seen above with Olivia) to teach the parents not to get caught up in material things. That this happened on Christmas Eve is also very meaningful because the message is about material things and how focused humans can become on presents instead of the real meaning of Christmas, which is love. We teach our children to focus on material things very early, and not what is really important . . . Spiritual Presence. I kept getting the message from Olivia, “When we focus on material things, “love goes out the door.”

Olivia: I was feeling the excitement, and that there was a lot to do. It was my first Christmas.

Carole: My guidance told me to tell Matt: Your soul had a precious thought that manifested in the form of a little dog, and this loss is a lesson in forgiveness. You need to forgive yourself for what happened, but also to learn from it. We cannot fill the emptiness we feel inside us with presents. It must be filled with ourselves.

Olivia: The 'cold man' picked me up. (The cold man is a metaphor for the “cold night air,” not a person.) He robbed me of my breath. I couldn't breathe. I got knocked out. I was shaking. The earth was cold under my feet. I went under a hedge. I tried to get to the back to the house. I got so lost and then I went very far, far away. (I saw a picture of her looking to get warm.) I wanted to get in the garage and I saw the lights in the house. But, then I got so scared and I couldn't sit still and wait. So, I ran with my fear.  It was liberating at first, but then I realized what had happened. I saw everyone crying for me on Christmas Day and I was so sorry. Everything went black.

Carole: I was given a view of the bigger picture. This is Matt's soul's myth. He lives in a small house and has a child. He spends a lot of money on a small dog but isn't ready for that kind of responsibility. That expensive and exotic type of dog has very special needs. Only a mature and responsible person can maintain such a fragile animal's life.

Olivia: I worked to be happy. But it was a bad accident. I gained a lot about love and I was teaching about love too. That is my purpose. You can still love me. Even though I am gone. I still love you. I totally forgive you. I am not a young soul. I came from God to teach about love and real love is so painful.

Carole: Olivia, why did this happen? Do you have any idea?

Olivia: I think this happened because Emma Lynn may get lost someday too. That she may wander off and I was a sacrifice to show my people that when they take their eyes off what they love that love goes out the door. So they need to focus on what they love. Because when they don't the “cold dark night man” will come and steal what they love away.

Carole: Olivia, can you tell me what happened to you that night?

Olivia: (Then she gave me sounds of her experience.) KABLOOM, BAM, WHAM, I WON, I LOST, I BIT THE FROST. (I got this was her way of showing me her death by a heart attack or something like that.)

Olivia: I went under a dark green hedge. Down the stairs, fell through, scrambled to my feet, then ran to the garage then the fence. Then fear gripped me and I started running. I ran left until I couldn't do it and I collapsed hiding. The cold made my heart stop.

At this point I got pictures not words:

She showed me an opening in the sky and that there were lots of people all over the world praying on Christmas Eve and she went up into their prayers and they were warm and beautiful. The next day she looked back down on the house and felt the sadness of the people who didn't know the joy she had experienced that night. And she wants to tell you that love exists after death. It is very warm and they are kind. I made them laugh because I arrived so quickly. I was the center of their attention. And they, who were solemn, were made to laugh too.

Olivia: Then they saw my people, and their sorrow and some of them prayed to heal their broken hearts.

Carole: If you could say something to your people Olivia, what would it be.

Olivia: I want to tell them they need to look up to the spiritual warmth that comes from me in the sky and not to cry. And to love one another, and be glad that we knew each other.
