I note what you need/want to tell/ask your animal, and record the conversation verbatim when I speak to your animals. When you call back, I discuss the conversation with you. At that time, if any other questions arise, I can tune into your animal again while you are on the phone as well as any other animals in the house to verify the information I am receiving. This process takes anywhere from 45 to 90 minutes for a new person/animal.  Established or follow-up clients may set shorter appointments, but not less than 1/2 hour.

If a follow-up session is needed to complete the process I let you know during your initial session. If you have questions during the session, please ask them before hanging up. If you do not discuss your needs during your session I cannot take responsibility for not addressing those concerns. I guarantee my work with a promise of complete client satisfaction. However, I do not refund payment if a concern is not mentioned on the phone. Please make a list of things you want to discuss with your animal prior to your session. If you like, you may email the list to me a day before your session. However, I cannot read several pages of concerns beforehand. Please prioritize your list to keep it concise, and to make the most of our time together.

Client Referrals

I recommend clients to other resources to help them solve difficult issues with animals. I refer clients whom I feel would benefit from other healing modalities to such things as: Dog Appeasing Pheromones, Feliway, TtouchTM, Bach Flower Essences, Shamanic Soul Retrieval, spiritual or metaphysical books on the human/animal bond, meditation tapes, CDs, videos, Internet websites, local animal behaviorists or agility and obedience trainers. I advise clients regarding nutrition for animals based on my experience with holistic veterinarians for 13 years. You may contact me after a consultation by email at no additional charge to update me on your animal, or to ask a question about your reading, or to schedule a follow-up appointment. If you wish to receive your reading in writing through email I will send it within three days for an extra charge depending on the length of the reading. (Highly recommended.)

Payment Methods

The fee for a telephone consultation (beginning January 2011) is $90.00 per hour. For new clients, I accept payment 3 days prior to the session through www.PayPal.com, money order, check  or credit card. Rescheduling or Canceling Appointments

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Emergency, after hours or weekend appointments and in-person visits can be scheduled by special request.
